Balagokulam
*What is Balagokulam?*
Gokulam was the place where an ordinary cowherd boy blossomed into a divine incarnation. It is here that Krishna’s magical days of childhood were spent and his powers came to be recognised. Balagokulam nurtures children to discover and manifest that divinity. Balagokulam will enable Hindu children to appreciate their cultural roots, learn values in an enjoyable manner and make good friends.
*OUR GOAL IS …*
*Facilitate children to appreciate, learn and practice Hindu way of life.
*Instil confidence in children about their identity.
*Raise Hindu awareness in the society around.
*Develop social awareness and leadership skills among children.
*‘A Geet says a thousand words’*
At Shakha, Geet plays an important role in building a spiritual link between the essence of Sangh work, culture and history with Hindu values. Singing together, allows us to ignite that inner spark of passion and implement the Sanskaars taught from the Geet.
Khel (games) brings out the inner child in us. It helps create that sense of joy and happiness and not to forget the competitive spirit. Khel is played to help develop many important Sanskaars such as team working, team spirit, bravery, communication, strategy, improves our physical fitness and many more.

Shiksharthi's participate daily in physical activities such as Yoga, Martial Arts and co-ordinated disciplined movements. Learning instruments such as Vamshi (flutes) and Anaks (snare drums) are also an important part of a marching band.
Mental and physical health as well as skills such as confidence and synchronisation are developed in students for all aspects of life.
Shikshartis and karyakartas engage in a number of physical activities daily which consist of yoga, games, martial arts and marching amongst others.
This develops co-ordination, synchronisation, concentration and both mental & physical strength, which can be used in all areas of life.

We were very fortunate to have Kalyani Ji Peshave, Kendriya Saha Kaaryawahika (National Joint Secretary) attend our Shibir. She reminded us of how we could demonstrate these qualities in our daily lives whilst fulfilling our duty towards the samaaj (society). The Shibir was a great success and was full of fun and laughter.

Inspiration comes from within yourself. One has to be positive. When you're positive, good things happen. Follow your dreams 👊🏻
Practice practice practice, be positions be position and more positions and then maybe just maybe all will work out 🤔😊👊🏻
What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals and sometimes we are tested not to show our weaknesses but to discover our strengths.
Focus every time you come to the dojo, be ready for hard training I dont accept easy way.
*Success tips for students*
First and most important, wake early (may be before 5 or 6). By this, you can start your daily routine earlier and get some motivation to do the tasks determined.
After waking, get fresh, do some stretching and warm up exercise and meditate. Meditation improves your will power to continue your tasks with discipline. Remember that discipline is more important than motivation.
Decide your day. Make priority on what you have to accomplish today. There may be things that you might be postponding for a long time, face it and complete it.
Study should be the first priority. For students, study is important. Work hard to study your decided topics. As a student, i know studying whole day is not a good idea, so i recommend to study for short slots (like 2 to 3 hours) but without any distraction. Keep your phone out, isolate yourself from outer world and sit with full concentration.
Take breaks. Breaks are really important. Eat or sleep during these breaks to be relieved. Eating health and sleeping regularly are the second priorities.
Last but not the least, save some time for yourself and do something productive.
Follow some hobby or learn some new skills. Orelse just help your parents daily. Sincere students do help others. Be graceful and helpful.
